How to get more traffic for google adsense acoount

I have made one blog where i share helpful contents. My traffic is just 30 -40 per day i want to make it 1000 .So can some one help me pleas.

Telling people where to find it is always a good start, get involved with lots of relevent forums and use signature  tagging to raise awareness  of your website.

Take a close look at your website analytics and find out more about who your visitors are and what they came looking for and write more of the same. The referer information will show the keywords that are making search engines suggest your website, IP address will also tell you where in the world or even city the visitors are coming from. Analytics can also tell you if people are regulary visiting or just stumbling across the site by accident.
