Recently I have beginning to learn about html/css and web design. Though I've only tried it for a bit, I've had a lot of problems, mainly because I have looked at individual tutorials for each element. It doesn't work well and it wastes time. I've look at html tutorials which are easy to find in sets at like htmldog, but I can't seem to apply them to create what I want.
Currently I want to build a site with a header, horizontal nav bar, body with some text and images, and a footer using css and html. Does anyone know of a good set of tutorials that would cover how to do this, starting from the first line of the index file and ending with the finished product?
If not, what are some high quality tutorials you would recommend?
