Hi,
in eShop is there a way of creating a discount (or Price List) that can be based on the total value of orders to date by customers. I know how to set up a price list which gives a discount or a range of discounts based on basket value.
What would be good is to reward customers who keep coming back with greater discounts based on their total purchase value. So a customer would get no discount for their first purchase say of £100 then when they come back again and buy another £100, we can give then say 2% and if they come back again spend another £100 (bringing total to £300) we can then give another percentage point in discount etc...
Hope this makes sense...

Dear whoknows,
as we communicated you in the last post, our R&D Team have been informed and this request has been sent as a feature request - although we cannot guarantee whether this is going to be developped and/or when.
There is however, a way for doing this. With the search tool under "Customers >> Customers", you have the option of looking for customers in your shop that have bought a certain minimum purchase volume in a certain period of time. You can use the result with the "Assign to customer group" option (in the top-dowmenu at the botom), in order to transfer this customers to a new customer's group associated to a price list with the discounts.
We hope that this information helps you and remain at your disposal should you request further information.
Best regards,

Hi,
I am already doing that currently. Have a "new customer" category as default with no discounts. After first purcahse i manually move them to "Customer" category and yet another category of "Valued Customer". The process is cumbersome, manual and prone to missing some people out!
An automated way would be good.
