Due the broadband telephone line being terminated unexpectedly it was necessary to set up a new broadband account using the same telephone number as it was apparently not possible to reactivate the broadband account once it had been terminated.
However when logged in as the primary user for this new account it is not possible to manage the services for the Internet Business Pack purchased on the previous account. (It is still possible to manage them by logging in as the primary user on the previous account).
How can I move the IBP purchased on the previous account to the new account so domains and email can be managed conveniently?

This is possible to do, however you would need to contact us to have this arranged.
If you contact our Order Management team on 0800 169 8639 Opt 1 Opt 2, they would be able to arrange this for you.
