My BT Broadband router is defective. It over-heats and must be rested and re-booted on a regular basis.
How do I request BT to send me a working Router?

Get help at www.bt.com/business/contactus - you'll find faqs and contact options to tell them of the problem , they will sort it out for you or if necessary send you a new router.
