Hi.
We have a Mitel 3300 server with about 16x 5220 IP phones. One of those phones receives our main incoming phone calls. After three rings, the call is then sent to all the other phones.
I have basic user knowledge of setting up new phones on our Mitel system and doing day to day maintenance, but need some help with the more advanced features.
What I need to do is either:
1) Setup another extension number that can call this same phone and not go to all the other phones after 3 rings or;
2) Stop internal calls on the existing extension going to all other phones after three rings.
