Hub 5 replacement with support for multiple static IPs

Bought a Business Hub 5  3 months ago and it has been pretty poor, constant connection drops, poor wifi, requiring resets almost daily.

I need a replacement but something I can use with my BT 5 static IPs.  I had a Asus RT router and I had difficulty setting up the IPs so bought a hub 3 instead.

I read about the Netgear D6400 but it appears to have issues with static IPs from what I have read in the Netgear forums.  Also someone mentioned a Billion 8800AXL, researching that now.

Any advice appreciated.

Did you find something suitable?  I am in a similar situation but have aquired a Openreach Modem for the first stage so just looking for a very basic router to handle the PPoE side of things and simply pass the range of static ip's to our collection of servers etc.
