I have a Polycom SIP 335 phone connected to a HH3 and using a openUC service. I can make calls on the SIP phone, but when the phone rings I can't pick up the call. I've been able to use a softphone on my iPad using the HH3 and I'm able to make and recieve calls using Linphone. All the rules for the HH3 are default, I've set "always use the IP address" in Businesss Network -> Devices but changed nothing else.
