I can guarantee that we are not outside the UK. I really need to access the manage my service so that I can check how a domain transfer is going and to modify mx and dns records. Please assist.

In most cases this is due to customers using a VPN service or proxy.
If you are using any of these please disable them, if this is not the case, please use the dns enquiry form at www.dnsforms.co.uk and provide your current IP address.
We can then see if we can get the IP address whitelisted.
