Despite numerous calls to BT support desks and Samsung itself, I cannot reconfigure my galaxy s2 to receive emails. I've been assured by BT that the following server details are current and correct, but I keep getting a message saying 'cannot connect to server'. Can anyone advise? Thanks, Jean

BT tell me that they do not support it...so there you have it...businesses use smartphones but BT are not willing to provide a service to them. Says it all doesn't it?
Time for a change of supplier...
Hi
I've just reported the same problem-I've a Samsung Galaxy-and have put in codes as given by BT-but I just get the message-'user name pasword not recognised.' I can't get past the incoming settings!
