We have 3 IP cameras (GIGAEYE GB150's) connected wirelessly to our Hub. Static IP address are assigned, port
forwarding is done and everything was working ok ie they could be accessed from the internet.
However, from time to time, we cannot access one or more from the internet. We can still access them from a PC
connected to the hub and they can be pinged from outside. At these times they do not show up as devices attached
to the hub!
Rebooting the hub makes no difference. Rebooting the cameras solves the problem, if onlly temporarily.
I would like to determine where the problem lies - could we have something wrong in the setup (although it does work
sometimes) or are these cameras just not fit for purpose.
