I am going to leave BT ASAP and I will take two internet lines and two phone lines with me when I go, all are business. I am sick and tired of BT making their own rules up to suit thenselves . I get cut off after three weeks if the accounts are not paid .Then I get silent calls from Phillipino BT call centres phoning me after hours in my time . I cannot wait to report BT to Offcom and see what they have to say. Their discount schemes stink ,and not only do you have to pay for them but their savings are not worth the paper their printed on I am yet to be convinced you save save any money .I will write to the CEO to see what he has to say . BT get to grips with your rubbish service . Instead of paying your CEO a big fat salary try improving your customer service we are ripped off for what you charge your customers. You have one angry customer here.
Hi Pickrest
I am sorry about that,
I understand that you have been cut off due to delayed payment.
I also understand that processing payments can take time, especially if we are mailing bills to you and there are delays in the postage.
What we can do for you is sign you up to ebilling which will allow you to see your itemised bill as soon as its ready,
we can also set up a direct debit payment as i believe there is a discount on the service when you do this.
As for the calls from the Phillipino call centre i believe we have a billing team in the Phillipines, they may have been trying to get into contact with you to let you know the bill was ready.
Again i do apologise about your experience with us.
Do me a favour , I dont trust BT far as I can throw them to handle my direct debits with my bank account correctly . You cant even handle paper accounts let alone direct debits and as as for the discounts on paperless billing their not worth bothering with, pennies. Like your discounts schemes you have to pay £20 + to get £5.00 discounts. I dont think so somehow. BT need to go back and wake up and smell the coffee .Your service is rotten to the core. If I phone my customers from overseas call centres I would soon loose work yet for BT your word seems to be God and everything goes. Get the managers of their backsides and start to talk to their customers. I look forward to find a phone supplier that can act in proffessional way
