Image files

I wish to add some new items to my shop, but I am unable to upload the image files.  I have tried .bmp file, .jpg and 2 other versions of jpg which I found in the 'Photoplus' file types.  Always get the message of file type not acceptable or too large.  What file types do work? and how big is too big?

I have also tried to upload images which in past had been uploaded successfully and they won't now upload either.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with uploading images to your e-shop.  I see no issues with jpeg, png (basically a jpeg) or.gif files.  These are all common file types and as long as they are not too large, should work fine.

I'm unclear as to what you mean by 'Photoplus' file types, can you elaborate?
