Currently, there is no usage monitor, stumoore.  you will be alerted via e-mail when you approach your usage limit.  This is usually sent to your @btconnect.com address.

Current excess usage charges are 10-12GB - £6, 13 - 15GB - £12 and in excess of 20GB - £37.50.  These charges will, of course, exclude VAT.

100GB/month is really quite a high level, on the ADSL side of things, we rarely see usages that high.  However, for £5/month extra, you could change to unlimited usage.  My recommendation is, if you require higher usage than 100GB, it makes sense to upgrade.

There is no perfect way, but if you know all of te PCs that connect via your network, the consider installing tbbmeter on each PC.

Each PC keeps a record whioch is uploaded daily and the TOTAL for all PCs connected is available online.    If your month does not run 1st to 31st then you may need to do some quick addition/subtraction, but it will give a good indication and when you are getting lose.
