Is BT still selling ADSL2+ lines?

We have tried in vain during the past few weeks to get a quote from BT for the following:

6 ADSL2+ lines, bonded, with annex-M, 1 static IP-address, no voice telephony package

Calling the 0800 800 152 simply never leads to any followups or answers.

Is BT still selling this kind of telecom services? Before someone asks why we don't order fibre broadband it is simply not available in our town of 10 000, and won't be for the next few years to come. So we are trying to get a quote for above alternative service, in order to figure out whether it is suitable, or whether it makes more sense to move office to another town where more appropriate telecom services exist.

Would not believe a word they say based on them failing to install, and cocking up two further installs.   With tonights install for 11 suddenly going back to the 16th no explanation just lies.

It is clear that BT is not doing business telecom services in our town. That's why we never got the requested quotes from BTnet.

What still puzzles me is why BT is doing everything it can in order NOT to gain new customers or business.

We have never seen such an incompetence with a sales team in any other company but BT. BT simply does not act like a normal business. Thankfully, this forum has convinced us that we are better off going with another telecom company.
