Solved: Is it possible to cancel the static IP option?

Just wondering if it's possible to cancel the static IP I have with my business fibre service

and also, is there an option to downgrade the speed?

Hi adresch,

with business fibre there is 2 speed packages either the 80/20 or the 40/10 package, where you will either get the full speed of the line or half the speed of the line. Yes you can downgrade from a static IP back down to dynamic, if you contact out customer options team they will be able to advise you what your options are.
