Is it possible to expedite a BT Openreach visit/install?

Long story short, we've been left in the lurch by an insurance company (not like them I know!) and we need to vacate our temporary offices and move elsewhere within the next 2 weeks.

Our new offices currently only have a BT drop, with no sockets wired up etc. We've been quoted 15-20 days as the standard turnaround for a site visit, is there any way to expedite this, even if it means paying a surcharge?
