Is using Eazysitewizard Pro a mistake?

I am not an advanced web designer by any means but I do, to some extent, understand coding.

I have built a basic, static site for my Company to relace my old site and I have used Eazysitewizard Pro to do this.  However, now that I want to incorporate some more advanced functionality, Eazysitewizard Pro seems to be contraining me.

I want to incorporate database functionality and I am becoming more familiar with this coding and the use of PHP files.  However, asking within this forum and searching on the wider internet, I cannot see how to call PHP files from HTML webpages; the only pages Eazysitewizard Pro allows you to build.

Should I drop Eazysitewizard Pro and revert to something like FrontPage, where I can hyperlink to PHP files?

All you really need to do is create a hyperlink then specify the URL of the php file in the URL box.

However, what you are looking to ultimately acheive is maybe a bit ambitious for the Easysitewizard Pro which is aimed at novices who want a simple static website, although it could possibly be done.
