Hi all,
I have been going through the three plans for £5.00, £9.99 and £15.00 at http://business.bt.com/domains-and-hosting/web-hosting/features/. According to that page, a "Starter Web Hosting" plan can have a wordpress engine. However, there is no mySql or phpMyAdmin support under this Starter plan.
As far as I know, wordpress normally requires a mySQL database to get it installed and functioned.
As my requirement is just to up and run a wordpress engine for my site, can someone please tell me whether I can go for a Starter Web Hosting?
Thanks for reading,
Kumar

The basic shared hosting account is sufficient for a WordPress website. The selection of the web hosting package must be done according to the website requirements in order to get the best results.

The starter hosting now comes with a Wordpress Installer.
This will install the database etc on your hosting, however there is no facility to access the database using phpmyadmin etc.
