I'd be grateful if someone could help me and my business as I am sick of being passed from pillar to post and constant broken promises!

 

We originally placed an order for a business phone and broadband supply to a new construction site - an engineers survey was booked for the 1st week of February. I haven't got the exact dates but at this appointment it became clear that BT would have to install a new pole to facilitate the new line, which is / was no problem to us. However, at that point in time BT had the wrong address so the original order had to be cancelled and a new one set up.

 

From here things have gone significantly downhill - I have had engineers on site 3 times to look at the same thing. Every time a new constrruction charge is raised, followed by a new order, followed by more problems, followed by more phone calls telling me that will definitely be the last of the problems, followed by exactly the same conversation in 2-3 weeks time. 

 

Everytime I talk to someone they tell me they will take a personal interest and make sure everything goes ok and that they will call me back in a couple of weeks to check the line has been installed.....then nothing.....then back to the people in a far off land for the process to begin again.

 

BT are an absolute joke. I am now on my 3rd (I think) different order for the same thing, am just about to accept my 3rd lot of additional charges for something the engineer identified on the 1st visit in February, and am no closer to having an actual working line.
