I have recently renewed my contract with BT and I advised that I some time had issue where the internet would drop out. I asked for a new hub and was advised that I should upgrade to BT infinity 2 as my property can have up to 70 mbd.
I used to have the hub 3 and a white fibre hub, but I now have instaled the new home hub 5 and my speed and reliabity have got worse. my speed is now down to 12 to 14 where I used to be getting 25 to 30. the internet now buffer all the time.
I have waited over 5 days before contacting you as your leaflet recommend.
please advise what I can do.
