I have successfully set up my BT Communicator on my desktop computer which is running Windows XP Professional however when I did the same set up on my laptop successfully, it will not accept my log in. The only difference is that my laptop is running Windows 7 Ultimate. Does anyone have any idea what the cause of this problem is?
