I signed up for BT Business broadband ages ago and qualified for M&S vouchers but I still have not got them. Can anyone help me?

Hello, we signed up for BT phone and broadband in October and the BT deal included M & S vouchers, but nobody in BT customer service seems to really know anything about it? They have said I need to ring M & S helpdesk - is this correct? Don't want to spend hours on a wild goose chase, but at the same time, the vouchers were part of the deal and I feel I should get them.

I have learned a bit more about this and apparently the code to claim the vouchers should have been sent to you in an email, either the BTconnect.com email you get for signing up with BT or the best contact email address you have provided on the account.
This is BTs responsibility to deal with and we do have a team within BT who can provide these vouchers/resend the email.
You will need to contact us, livechat for faults and general enquiries would be best, and state that you need the voucher email from BT resent, you will need to state your best contact details. If you encounter any resistance please give the helpdesk my forum username: Burkem5 and ask them to put this into our company IM, this will track me down immediately and i can advise the agent how to go about this.
