I have just noticed that my wifes name comes up as Unknown Unknown when she send me emails.
She had a btconnect.com user name but now has her company name as the extension.
I have tried check name in the outlook setup but is says she does not exsist.
Can anyone help me?

You can change this by going to www.myoffice.bt.com
then clicking on the Manage Services/My Services link
then going to email summary.
From there its just a case of clicking on the email address and then clicking edit details
