We've recently moved from Plusnet to BT for our business broadband.
As an organisation we email to our members (approx. 3,800) a couple of times a month using Gammadyne Mailer. This has worked brililantly over the years but having changed provider the majority of our emails are now not getting through. I seem to remember we had the same issue in the very beginning when we started using Gammadyne Mailer but do not recall how this was overcome with Plusnet.
Can you please assist/advise as the problem is inhibiting our ability to communicate with your members?
