Bounce Backs

I have seen on many forums people expericing the same issue as we are but no fix.

For the last past three weeks we have contacted BT, sent over 40 e-mails to postmaster and invesigations, sent messages by Twitter, send a letter to the compliants department but we haven't recieved a single reply.

Every e-mail we send to BT e-mail addresses we recieved the standard bounce back - rgin17.bt.int.cpcloud.co.uk #554 Message rejected for policy reasons (3.2.1.1).

We aren't on any blacklist, we have a correct SPF record in place.

We have many customers who are using BT e-mail addresses and we can't communicate with them and its causing a major drop in our orders.

Please can anyone help to point us in the direction?

Hi ITBoys3

the bounce back you are getting from "rgin17.bt.int.cpcloud.co.uk #554 Message rejected for policy reasons (3.2.1.1)." is from the home/residential email filter.

To get this resolved the home/residential team team need to either whitelist or just remove the block for your domain/IP your mail is coming from.

As you have posted on the Business forum there is nothing we can do about this block, our home/residential team can be contacted through here

Thanks Mark for your reply.

The thing is that we have contact home/residential team but we haven't got any futher.

We have asked customers to get in touch and they couldn't get an answer.

We are really struggling to get this one resolved.
