Measuring Attenuation & Noise On My Line

Hi

 

I have a BT business broadband line and a Business Hub3 which is used as my router. We are working on a potential project which needs testing. In order to do this I need to accurately measure the rate of attenuation and noise on my broadband line. Can anyone technical provide assistance and confirm how this can be performed accurately and reliably?

If you have a BT Business Hub connected then you can get the attentuation and noise figures from the router GUI. Go into Settings > Advanced Settings > Broadband > Connection.
