Good Evening everyone on the forum.
I need some serious help - We have moved to the centre of Birmingham, near one of the busiest business areas and we were told when we ordered our BT infinity we would be able to get the fastest infinity package.
3 calls later, and quite a few lies we now have no box, no connection because we are told fibre optic isn't actually available.
I search the number and I get the below..
But when i check my address i get told I can get it.
I'm really confused as to why my number says I can't but my address says I can, is this a problem with the line? The previous tennant had the fibre optic broadband package with BT.
No one at BT will help, they just say " you can't have it, I'm sorry" and no one explains why.
Please help me understand, I need the faster broadband so I can work at home, and this effects my ability to work, which in turn effects my family.
Thanks in advance.
Hi BW1983,
I have sent you a private message asking for some details to allow me to double check the systems to see if fibre is available for you.
