Suddenly last night my connect.com wont send or receive emails. I am using Outlook 2010. I keep getting annoying message to confirm and save email. I have followed the process of entering all my information again; this made no difference;
I have shut down outlook and rebooted; this made no difference
I have deleted my email from Outlook and have followed the step by step instructions to set it up again; this made no difference.
My 3 other accounts on outlook are sending and receiving emails correctly.
I can log on to my btconnect.com account on my ipad and also via the Office 365 Website so I know my password is correct.
I have not fiddled with anything or done anything to cause this to my knowledge, can anyone help?
Further odd thing has just happened. I sent a reply to an email on my btconnect.com account from my ipad as it is no longer working on my outlook. I have had a reply from the email I sent that has appeared in my inbox on outlook on my desktop. Very odd as its not even set up to send/receive as it failed when I tried to do it just now.

Apparently there is a server fault that only affects outgoing mail.
The online portal is still fine.
Ok would seem that I'm affected too..... but as BTdidn't let us know about this issue I have fiddled with my settings in Thunderbird...how do I find out how to reset these?
Or indeed log onto the online system that I didn't even know I had rhanks again for the info BT!
