What can i do - now told by BT that my new service is going to be so late its hardly worth installing
told it would be in by the 1st on original order - online it then posts the 7th - chat forum told me the next update would be the 19th - not even a completion date
how do i complain - if i ran my business like this is would be bust by now
rang and nobody weants to speak to me to tell me why
if you phone and speak to the Orders desk and they don't give you a satisfactory answer you can request to speak to their manager,
obviously they may not be able to bring forward but they may be able to give you further info to kjnow why its held up
