BUSINESS LINE HELP DESK CLOSES TOO EARLY I NEED SUPPORT IN EVENINGS TOO.
IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF ALL OUR CALLS TO BT WERE RECORDED AS IT WOULD CLEAR UP MISTAKES MUCH FASTER, 3 + WEEKS IS FAR TOO LONG TO BE KEPT WAITING. AS A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY SURELY BT CAN COMMUNICATE?

I'm sorry but online support pages do NOT cut it for customer support - you only have to look at the myriad of complaints from your customers about the time it takes to get someone to call you back or get a decision made. I've had 10 years of trauma with BT "Customer Service" and am still only a customer because there has been little alternative where our business is located (no cable).
It just amazes me that BT can announce such fat profits every year, dole out bonuses to senior mangers, and still NOT LISTEN to it's customers or even meet their most basic needs..... All the deals you advertise also upset your existing customer base because they're just HOOKS for new ones. You've been pilloried in the press and on TV but nothing improves...
