Moved into a new house over a month ago and BT Openreach are STILL refusing to accept my postcode so I can't even ORDER a phone line yet. Totally unacceptable that it should take this long and I'm getting nowhere with any of the helplines. I was told it could take "up to" 4 weeks, but no information on what I can do now that it's beyond that timeframe.
We registered with the Post Office the day we moved in and I have now changed my address on 95% of the websites i'm registered with and even the automated postcode lookups are finding us now.
What's going on?
