We have recently had fttc go live on our cabinet and ordered the BT business broadband upto 76mb package. Initial line estimates showed a possbile 22-32mb download speed and 4-6mb upload. Now i took these speeds with a pinch of salt as we are a stones throw away from the cabinet but it seems our line has been provisioned on a 40/10 profile due to the line estimates. Stats below.....
I've spoken to customer services / faults but they say the speed is within the estimates given at the time of ordering so there is nothing they can do about it.

I have now been in contact with technical support who cannot report it as a fault as the speed is within line estimates. They advised I should speak to the order management team but they have "no system" to make any changes to the speed. I'm just going in circles. What a suprise!
