New price rises, can I cancel without charges?

Yet more price rises on the horizon, received an email today about it

 

But, can I cancel without being charged?

My phone line is residential and has been in place for about 3-4 years now

The Fibre service was installed in Feburary of this year

 

Anyone know?

Under Ofcom rules, any customer who is unhappy with the price changes on their contract has 30 days to opt out, once they have been informed of the changes by BT.
