I was offered a deal with BT mobile who were taking over from EE. at £5.00 per month it seemed like a good deal
on receiving the sim card and after inserting it in to my phone a charge of £40.00 over my allowance was generated with in 10 mins.
After contacting BT they asked if i had been to Ireland!! I EXPLAINED I HAD NOT! then they told me it was a new product!!! this was happening every time i viewed my allowance and every month i was quering my bill and was assured by everone I spoke with that the problem was known and would be rectified. But it never was.
I have since cancelled my mobile account losing my number (which was a pain)and BT said there would be a £30.00 cancellation fee.
Has anyone else had the same experience?
