I contacted BT support today to fix a a simple problem - or so I thought!
I receive a high volume of email and texts on my blackberry and just wanted to know why there was no voicemail icon (tape symbol) on my handset when i had new voicemail. My business has just moved from Oramge and they supported this feature.
Afer a long wait I received a call back to say BT don't support this function - sorry.
How disappointing. Cmon BT - why can't you support sucha simple thing that is common on every other network. I dont want to have to trawl through my texts to see if one of them is to tell me to check my voicemail - very poor!
Anyone found a solution to this?
