we were upgraded on 09/03/11 as per email recieved but have had no broadband access since the date.
we have contacted the help line but have had to jump through the usual hoops of moviung router etc, using test socket etc.
we did not have any problem until the change over. Can someone please help?

I'm sorry to read about the problems you have been experiencing since your upgrade. I have checked your case notes and can see you were sent out a new router. Can you confirm if this has helped, or if you are still having problems.
