No upload speed

Hi

Please can anyone help. I have been having issues with a slow speed (both up and down) for the last couple of days but today I can't seem to actually upload anything. I did a speed check and got an upload speed of 0.09Mbps. Today I trtied the same BT wholesale test and get 0.16Mbps

FWIW this is via ethernet directly into my Mac but even if I change to wireless the upload is the same. Even the download speed is a lot slower then normal with a max of 5.39Mpbs over the last few days

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your line needs tested properly.  Give the helpdesk a call on 0800 800 154 and choose the broadband technical desk.

Thanks Spank, FYI I finally got through on Saturday and they found a fault on the line. Should be fixed by the 18th
