Hi,
All the office phones transfer calls fine except one. On this phone, whenever the transfer call button is pressed, it writes "incoming calls only" on the display on the phone. I don't understand why that is, everything is set up the same as all the other phones. Thought the phone might be faulty but I've tried three different phones and it's the same issue on all of them. This has started happening since I moved the phone across the office to a new extension number. The extension it was on before worked fine transferring calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
