Hi,
I'm working with a client. I set up a new email address for their main domain. This new address is not receiving messages.
The domain is currently active on this account, however the site is live from another hosting company (not sure how they did that, it was before I began my work) Could this be effecting the email address?
If not, what should I do to start receiving emails? I was able to send an email, which tells me something is right. But when I try to send one to this address, it gets returned.
