I received fantastic customer support from the 24/7 BT Helpline for this upgrade. The configuration tool wasn't working for me as an 'Organise & Share' customer and at 6am on a Saturday morning, Steve on the 365 Upgrade helpline sorted all of my Outlook accounts on my laptop, desktop, Blackberry and iPhone. This top customer service solved all of my frustrations and renewed my faith in BT.
