Office 365 changed without warning

Hi all.

Office 365 changed this morning, without warning or any decent help.

Problem as follows.

I can receive emails but I get this when I try to send "Error: You don't have the permissions required to send messages from this mailbox."

How can I give myself permisisions when there isnt an ADMIN tag???

Help please.

If you are getting the error

Error: You don't have the permissions required to send messages from this mailbox.

When you are trying to send email through the online Office 365 website
 this is a fault please contact the helpdesk to get the account fixed
