Can anyone tell me why when adviced by the BT support service to download a bill on line that my business has not received can you not download a VAT bill in order to pay the thing. I have never known such a frustrating site !! it just does not seem to take into account all circumstances - so then when you have calmed your frustration you think "I know I will go the the Active line and see if they can help me"......no ... too easy - why make it hard when you can make it downright difficult- your put on hold then you become No 1 in the line then you wait and wait and wait and wait in the meantime your business is losing money because you cannot come out of the system .. "just in case" - infuriating !!!!
