Our current internet bandwidth

Dear Sir,

 

When we use our registered tel no to check for the bandwidth on your web. it shows the bandwidth is 13.5mb download speed.  But last year we upgraded the bandwidth, we had been told that the maximum download speed are only 3.5mb.  Would you kindly advise that you will automatic increase the bandwidth when it becomes available? Or we should check with you from time to time.  Since the current 3.5mb are kindly slow. thanks!
