Outlook Send/Recieve Failures

I've been using BT to host my email and website for some time now.

However since the transition to the outlook.com email system, both myself and a colleagues email goes through regular occasions when the Sending & Receive totally fails. We then get annoyed by the pop up message telling us of the problem of the failure.

Any ideas what the problem iss, other than the occasional busy server ?.

Email during the rest of the time works as it should.

Hi Gareth,

It's hard to say what the issue is without knowing what the error message is. Next time it pops up, make a note of the error number (typically if you're using a Microsoft product it will start 0x800....) and try googling it or post it here.
