Why is paperless billing not working? It has been down for over 1 month. I can't pay a bill without an invoice. I've spoken to India at least 4 times and no one can help.

I have the same issues - with 6 different accounts!!!
It's driving me mad!!!
BT continue to take their money every month, every account, because we pay by DD - but they are incapable of resolving this for us.
I have several payments now to BT and no invoice to lay against them - and they won't restore paper billing for me until it's resolved - I have asked 3 times!!
VOIP here we come!!
