I have successfully managed to connect my laptop to the Versatility box on the wall, and have installed the software, only to find, probably because I am using Windows 7, that the software does not connect to the box, I suspect because when I plugged in the USB connection that I bought a message appeared saying that drivers were not installed successfully for this hardware. Does anyone have a solution for this? Any ideas will be helpful, as long as it's not 'install XP....
