Page Elements gone AWOL

In eShop I am trying to add some page elements in the footer and header.  I added page element "link to Home page" - worked fine and so does the "Icon to Home Page"....then i tried to add Link to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy etc and all i get is yellow triangles with exclamation marks.  The documentation says there are default pages which can be modfied or replaced, but i can't find them any where!

Can some one point me in the right direction please.

no probloem.....found them. As i am using the Plain Template, i needed create new ones!
