I administer several dialup and broadband accounts.
I pay some of these online and want to add a OneBill account to my profile to be able to pay online.
When I try and add the OneBill account, it fails with a message to go to the OneBill Plus pages.
So far I haven't found a page where I can add the account.
Where is this page or have I got to ring up ?

So how can I change back to individual accounts so that I can make payments online ?
I never requested these accounts to be amalgamated into a OneBill account and having to make manual payments is a time consuming process which I am trying to avoid.
tried to do this myself online a while ago, you can't do it, you need to call 0800 800 156
cheers

I've also found the OneBill account confusing. I didn't ask for it, I find the bills completely confusing... it's frustrating to sort out payments... I'm also having difficulties getting to download the BT Billing Analyst. I am still confused about the overlaps in payments, although appreciate some alignments needed to be made to the bill... but having to pay a 4 month bill instead of a quarter to suit BT is frankly not helpful.
I had a direct debit for my old account and now it seems to be cancelled. I have asked to go back to the (simpler) two separated detailed statements but told I can only get them online... I go online and find there is no 'detail' in the statements.
All I would like are one or two very simple laid out detailed statements and the options to pay via DDM, internet or phone with clear access.
I have stayed with BT despite much cheaper offers, and hope that this can be sorted out.
