Playstation Network Problems

When ever I try to connect on to playstation network after 6pm it either takes from 10 mins to 30 mins to connect or sometimes it doesn't.

 

I'm not the only person to encounter this issue on bt broadband but when another person who had this problem changed providers to sky there problem disappeared.

 

Is this problem just with bt as it can be very annoying. Or is there a solution to this?

Can you confirm that you have BT Business Broadband?
